Heritage Natural Accents respects and upholds the privacy of its clients and users. We guarantee that we will not disclose any personal or business information to third parties. We consider any information we receive from you – through email, phone or otherwise – to be private and it will remain as such.
Wholesale Orders
Prices for wholesale orders are available upon request. Our quotations are usually FOB Cebu,Philippines.
Shipping
Customers may request for their own air courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx or DHL) or sea courier, and shipping will be made through their courier and charged to their account.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, money order or wire transfer.
Return Policy
It is our goal that our customers will have 100% satisfaction in their purchases. But if in any way the customer is not satisfied, the customer can return the item within 7 days, and the purchase amount will be credited to the next purchase or returned to the customer. Shipping and remittance costs will be charged to the customer.
